	Karen Kruger established ROY in 1999 where she furthered her studies as a Colour Image Consultant in 2000 with Aesthetic & Cosmetic in Cape Town. Her passion started when she realised that your reflection should complement your inner beauty and personal strength. From there she succeeded in creating her own courses that defines a person’s colour coding through their personality traits.
	Karen never stopped self development and succeeded to achieve another diploma with Image Academy in 2003 to achieve a higher level in Image Consulting. She specialises in power dressing, body language, social behaviour and etiquette and personality profiling. From there she developed tailor made courses and workshops to enhance not only the individual but also the corporate environment.
	She is also very successful in one-on-one consultations where she can develop a personal relationship with her clients by determine and meet their personal needs. Her reputation precedes her and reflects her best qualities.
